When It's Past The Point Of Repair

Full RV Roof Replacement

Complete tear-off and reinstall of EPDM or TPO membrane for roofs that have failed beyond what resealing, patching, or coating can fix. Done right, every time.

Full Tear-Off. Full Reinstall.

Complete Membrane Removal
Old EPDM or TPO membrane fully removed down to the decking, with no shortcuts or roofing-over-roofing.
Decking Assessment & Repair
Once exposed, the decking is checked and any rotted sections are replaced before the new membrane goes down.
New Membrane Install
New EPDM or TPO membrane installed and properly adhered, with all vents, AC units, and penetrations re-flashed and sealed.
Final Seal & Inspection
Every seam, edge, and penetration checked before the roof is signed off.

Which Membrane Is Right?

EPDM (rubber) is the long-standing standard — flexible, proven, and cost-effective. It does require regular conditioning and resealing over its life.

TPO is the newer standard on most current production RVs — more reflective, heat-welded seams instead of glued seams, and generally lower maintenance.

We'll walk you through which makes sense for your RV based on your current roof structure, budget, and how the RV is used.

This work has to be done in person. A full tear-off and replacement requires a controlled space and proper cure conditions — this is not something we do in the field. Schedule an inspection →
